In a nutshell:
Using skills in data analysis you'll compile, analyse, and report sales and marketing performance data, providing actionable insights in order to guide the sales and marketing teams.
What you'd be doing in this role:
- Supporting in planning and delivery of sales & marketing campaigns and
- Delivering insight based on analysis of sales & marketing activity
- Coordinating with finance to retrieve, format, and analyse financial data to review business performance
- Conducting analysis and provide reports to management in support of day to day
- Providing assistance to sales, marketing and the leadership team to support decision making through the power of data to support budget assumptions.
- Work with stakeholders and the team to develop the best sales & marketing
- Contributing to client and market research and developing digital channels and
- Engaging with the business and implementing own expertise and knowledge to push the data quality forward
- Where data is missing, create scalable mechanisms to collect the right datasets
What they'd love you to be able to bring to the table:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar, marketing data driven / analytical role
- Driven by looking at ways to improve and streamline processes
- Experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet deadlines
- Experience with Google Analytics & Google Ads
- Familiarity with CRO process and web analytics tools such as Google Optimise / SimilarWeb
- Previous experience using a CRM, ideally Salesforce
- Experience working with systems such as Pardot and Google Sheets
