We are the official ticket and travel partner to most major festivals, providing carbon-neutral coach packages to Download, Creamfields, Tomorrowland, and many more.


About the role


This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation with a reputation as the biggest and best events travel company in the UK.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Event Customer Support Officer will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, confidently resolving customer queries in the run-up to events and ensuring a smooth operation on event days.


Due to the nature of this industry, you will be expected to work some out-of-office hours including occasional early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Hours will be assigned by the Customer Service Manager on a fortnightly basis. The wage for this role will be in line with the National Minimum Wage plus Holiday Pay.


About you

Job Requirements

Essential:


  • Genuine passion for the events industry
  • Customer service experience
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and Google Drive

Desirable:


  • Basic knowledge of how festivals and events operate

Job description

  • Handle our Customer Service Contact Centre
  • Use our bespoke IT systems to create and edit customer profiles and bookings
  • Monitor the phone lines on event days, solving any problems as they happen
  • Ensure efficient communication between departments at all times
  • Communicate with coach operators and initiate investigations
Full training will be provided and the job may not be limited to the points above. We are always open to new ideas
