JET FLOW UK is a leading plumbing and drainage contractor based in Southeast London, operating throughout the South of the UK.


We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with an eye for quality to join our dynamic team as an
Administrator to work alongside our Resource & Dispatch Team.


This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic person to fill a critical role within a fast-growing company, working as part of a busy, vital team.

You MUST be able to reliably commute Mon-Fri to our office in Lower Sydenham (SE26)_


Summary of work and responsibilities as an Administrator:

  • Data input / Raising works orders onto Big change.
  • Keeping an eye on KPI's.
  • Preparing and maintaining operations reports, sending these out to clients to meet deadlines.
  • Organising parking for engineers where required.
  • Letter formatting to prompt urgency or works in need of scheduling.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as and when required. Essential requirements.

Skills Required:


  • Excellent Organisation & Time Management Skills.
  • Must have excellent IT Skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Great telephone manner
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
