Description

As a HR Assistant you will work within the HR Team to support with training, recruitment, and other HR tasks where appropriate.

You will need to be highly organised, possess good oral and written communication skills and can juggle many tasks at once whilst delivering the outcome to a high standard.

It is essential to have a can-do attitude and the capacity to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment. Full Training will be provided on all systems required within this role.

Self-motivated and hard working
Have a positive attitude with an upbeat and helpful persona
Have the ability to build rapport
Have a strong understanding of confidentiality
Be extremely efficient and organized whilst paying attention to detail
Be a team player but with the ability to work from their own initiative
MS word & MS Excel knowledge would be advantageous
Have the ability to work as part of a team and display teamwork. Remote working available (3/2)
