Description

Our clients are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative with a joinery background to join their growing team.

You will be working within the private rented sector carrying out scheduled works to properties for our well-established estate agencywithin Manchester and surrounding areas.

As a Maintenance Operative your role will involve:

Carrying out scheduled works to the appropriate time frames
Basic maintenance work
Joinery work on residential properties
Updating the maintenance systems
Making the manager and coordinator aware of any issues that may arise on the job or within the properties
Collecting keys and travelling to different properties
Working with the wider team and other maintenance operatives on jobs
Ad hoc work that may arise

To be considered for the Maintenance Operative role you must have:

Strong level of maintenance experience
Ability to work alone
Highly organised and able to work to timeframes
High levels of integrity and reliability
Ideally worked as a Maintenance Operative or within a maintenance division for an estate agency or large company

Our client is offering the successful Maintenance Operative

Up to £25,000 salary
