Shift: 4 on 4 off Days 08:00 - 18:00
Salary:
£24,840
Warrens have an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to progress their career in Transport & Logistics and support the operational team.
Your main responsibilities will include reporting for warehousing, customers and communicating with the planning and warehouse teams to monitor bookings.
Main Responsibilities & Objectives:
- Creating and providing daily reports for the planning and transport departments to demonstrate planned efficiencies
- To make delivery bookings where required by either through the customer systems or by telephone
- Providing daily confirmation reports to subcontraction and collation of daily and weekly costings in order to raise the required purchase order numbers
- To assist the planners in internal trunk movements in preparation for planning outbound loads
- Assist and support with costings
- End of day reports to support the operation
- Liaising with the warehouse and providing reports in relation to deliveries
- Inbox management
Qualifications:

- Ideally previous experience within an operational/transport environment
- Strong organisation and administration skills
- Able to work using your own initiative
- Excellent communication details
