Description

We are looking for a project support officer who will support the digital services directorate proving comprehensive, professional and responsive administrative support to the digital service programme which is a portfolio of projects and programmes.

You will assist the team in the delivery of digital projects across the Trust in line with the agreed project management approach.

You will be expected to exercise initiative with an understanding of the Digital objectives of the Trust.

The successful person will be highly organised and motivated individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team.

There may be occasions when the post holder will be required to be work flexibly in order to support the team (e.g. working evenings/weekends) to meet the needs of the service.


Provide administrative support to the Digital Services team including supporting and enabling delivery of the Trust's key Digital programmes and projects.


  • Provide administrative support to the Digital Team including organising and coordinating Digital programme and project meetings and events
Provide a professional, proactive, and responsive service to programme and project stakeholders across the Trust

Support the Digital Programme Manager and Digital Project Managers engaging with project stakeholders across a range of project, business change and improvement tasks
and activities.
