Our talented team of Paid Social performance marketers are on the lookout for an ambitious, innovative Senior Executive to supercharge our growth into 2023 and beyond.


You'll be able to quickly build upon your knowledge across Facebook and Instagram by taking full ownership of strategic, high-revenue campaigns, with full creative control to implement your own ideas to hit and exceed targets.

You'll benefit from advanced academy training to improve your skill set, but you'll also get to devise and lead training sessions in our Paid Social Academy.

You will get the opportunity to lead on long term projects and inform best practice, as well as develop the wider focus and strategy of the team.


This role also involves communicating with senior stakeholders to provide regular performance updates and inform them of new strategies being tested to generate growth or drive improvements in key metrics.

You will also get to collaborate directly with our Meta account managers to constantly innovate our marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities:


  • Optimise a portfolio of high value accounts in line with Meta best practices and business priorities.
  • Drive creative innovation by participating in brainstorming sessions and briefing into our internal Creative Services team, to transform ideas into worldclass ad content.
  • Work with wider commercial and marketing teams to establish new strategies, through analysis of competitors and external market activities.
  • Contribute to Paid Social and Biddablewide team projects, driving innovation and account development on a longterm basis.
  • Keep up to date with industry knowledge to refine your campaign strategies and share your learnings to drive commercial results

Problem-solver: Analytical ability used to fix issues quickly and independently, with the attention-to-detail to notice problems in the first place.

Develop a strong internal network: Relationships with key stakeholders are established and built on trust; honest feedback about campaign performance and potential is consistently provided

Hypothesis-led Creative testing: New, exciting and targeted content continuously created and tested. Winning creatives are identified, reiterated and refreshed.

Proactivity: Always driving forward, testing new ideas, holds others to a high standard, challenges the status quo, never bored. Contributes to the vision of the Paid Social team by driving successful projects, delivered on time and with actionable results


Our Ideal MVFer:


  • Proven, handson Facebook advertising experience, preferably within a performance marketing context, with targets regularly hit or exceeded.
  • Comfortable working to CPA and ROAS based targets, in a fast moving business environment
  • Experience mentoring junior marketing executives is a plus.
  • Passionate about Paid Social and the wider digital marketing industry
  • A detailoriented individual with a combination of creative and analytical skills
  • Always looking for better, more efficient ways of doing things
  • Proficient with Excel
  • A proactive and independent approach to working life
