ORB Recruitment are looking for a
General/Cleaning Operative to join our friendly, self-motivated, hard
- working team in re-let, cleaning and clearing of properties in the
Edinburgh area.

MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE A VALID UK DRIVING LICENSE_


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm


Pay:
£10.42 per hour


Responsibilities:

To clean and clear properties which involves the following duties:

  • Remove all furniture, carpets, underlay, lino, curtains & blinds from customer properties when required.
  • Clean the property to ensure that all floors, all doors, skirting boards, internal windows/frames and kitchens (including units) are clean.
  • Remove all graffiti and garden rubbish (including rubble & fly tipping).
  • Trim all grassed areas overgrown hedges & sweep all paths.

SKILLS

  • Basic literacy and numeracy
  • Good working geographical knowledge of the local area.
  • Full driving licence (no more than 3 points)
  • Experience of use of hand tools
