Requirements:

Minimum 12 months experience in Social Care is essential (must have at least 6 months UK experience)
Only females will be considered for this position due to the background and the preferences of the individuals you will be supporting. Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
Epilepsy training/experience is preferred
Be proactive and engaging with the service users you are supporting
Flexible availability to accommodate varying shift patterns, including weekends and evenings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference
Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is desirable
