Nicholas Howard is recruiting on behalf of a growing specialist provider of mortgages and loans.


The company is based in Brentwood and has a great opportunity open for a
Finance/Accounts Assistant (Graduate)to join their growing team.


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working patterns.

The main responsibility of the role is to work with the other processing staff members to execute the high volume processing of customer transactions in relation to Mortgage and other loans, cash transaction can take various forms whether collections orpayments

Various analysis and reconciliations are also undertaken on a periodical basis in including Bank Reconciliations, nominal reconciliations etc.

You would be required to undertake invoice processing and payment, reconciliation of supplier positions etc.

  • Accounts experience an advantage but will be trained as required.
  • Good level of accuracy, numeracy and mathematical skills.
  • Good working knowledge of computer and keyboard skills knowledge of Excel an advantage but training can be provided.
  • Working towards AAT or recognised accounting qualification preferred but can be qualified by experience.
