**Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Refurbishment
Based in Brixton


Salary:
£30 - 35k + company car

Full-time, permanent position**Howells Solutions are working with a leading social housing contractor, to find a successful and Assistant Quantity Surveyor, to join their team in Brixton.

This is a full-time, permanent role working on a refurbishment project. Scope of works full internal and external refurbishment on tower blocks, including M&E and FRA works.


You will work within the commercial team delivering all aspects of the commercial, financial and contractual elements of designated projects, including: bodies.

You will also be responsible for general Commercial Administration, and support for the widercommercial team. Good excel skills are required for this job.


About You

  • Social housing experience is ideal
  • Experience with managing subcontractors / subcontractor payments
  • Thorough and meticulous person with an eye for detail
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain a flexible attitude to work task and workload
  • Ability to work on own initiative
