Customer Sales Advisor


Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our team as a Customer Sales Advisor and play a key role in driving sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.


Duties:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Understand clients' needs and goals, and provide appropriate product recommendations
  • Assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions based on their individual preferences and budget
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

From £24,080.35 per year
