Finance Administrator (Vendor Team)

SALARY :
£262 per day ( the equivalent of an annual salary of
£68,000 pro-rated)


CONTRACT TYPE: 5 months


WORK STYLE:
Completely flexible - The role can be remote, but preferable if you can attend 1 per week or 1 per month if living outside London, but also fully remote would be considered

THE ROLE
Working with the Program Activation team (vendors) you will handle multiple vendor relationships and finance related admin tasks below


Finance admin:


  • Be the first point of contact for vendors and streamers in managing any payments
  • Liaising with clients directly including Influencers, game streamers, production companies
  • Coordinate the team's finance and vendor management agreements
  • Manage all incoming finance requests
  • Setups new Vendor accounts and create new online accounts
  • Onboard new vendors onto the internal Finance systems
  • Manage the invoicing approvals system sand issue Purchase Orders
  • Track the status of multiple vendor payments simultaneously
  • Process all payments
  • Deal with bank detail requests
  • Liaise with vendors to update gaming contracts
  • Purchase Order and invoicing management.
  • Work across multiple projects and markets simultaneously.
  • Manage data entry for project spend/revenue tracking in Salesforce

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education to degree level or equivalent
  • Finance admin background
  • Experience in vendor management in a finance/accounting administration role
  • Good/advanced Excel or Google sheets
  • Customer care orientated as you will have direct client contact
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Interest in working, branding, advertising, or a content production business
