Salary:35k-45k

Responsibility:

Evaluates an organization's opportunities for merger, acquisition, and divestitures
Oversee pre

- and post-merger financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration and coordinate research and analysis activities to assess risk and impact.

Manager must be adept at collaborating with stakeholders, managing staff, and developing financial models and projections to estimate cash flow and profitability potential.
Develop strategy, searching for targets, conducting negotiations, and making efforts to close a deal & implementing integration plans postmerger.
Managers must know how to structure teams, lead execution, and control processes to run the organization simultaneously with postmerger M&A projects.
To develop financial modes used to estimate cash flow and the potential for profitability.
Take full ownership of key deliverables including (and not limited to) accuracy of contact information and ontime setup of acquired firm in Finance systems
Manage the activity during acquisition and onboarding with particular emphasis on the timely and to quality delivery at the stage of transitioning
Coordinate and act as the secretary of M&A governance

Skills:

5+ years' experience in a delivery / operational and problemsolving role or similar
Experience of working with third parties
Proven analytical and practical problemsolving capabilities with understanding of challenges to integration and how to address them
Strong understanding of Operations and IT in a business context and what is needed to align processes and ways of working.
