They are looking for someone to join their 7 (soon to be 9) strong team of strategists, working across all the agency's accounts.

The client sectors include entertainment, tech, retail, FMCG, travel, gaming, auto, charity & more

The role:

As the Strategy Director, your responsibilities will include:

Responsibility for the quality of strategic thinking on a number of accounts
you will help clients grow their business with creative thinking & problem solving.
Consulting with clients on a business strategy level to ensure thinking is upstream.
Deliver insight led business, marketing and comms strategies for each client account, including fresh and innovative ideas.
Advise on society, trends, measurement, cutting edge tech & research for clients.
Writing and publishing thought pieces to increase the strategic profile of the agency.
Leading strategy in new business pitches where necessary.

You:

Have a keen interest in strategy you might be in a media planning role, a strategy role or in another discipline looking to move into strategy.
Are a big thinker, a problem solver and forwardfacer. You can set your ideas out clearly, cohesively and convincingly.
You are able to translate strategy into executional guidance, and ensure strategic recommendations are evident in implementation.
Are selfmotivated, pragmatic and have a strong work ethic.
Want to make a difference to agency life beyond strategy you will be able to join a leadership team who guide the board on a number of agency initiatives.
