Description

As the Team Lead within Preboarding & Referencing you will play a crucial role in ensuring business and regulatory requirements are met, whilst ensuring a smooth referencing journey for our new colleagues.

The ideal applicant will have experience in leading people to deliver against a high volume within tight deadlines, whilst ensuring excellent customer experience is given throughout the process.

Your role will involve:

Developing a high performing team through increasing knowledge and skills, ensuring that capability exist to meet service standards.
Act as a delivery manager driving performance against defined milestones and targets.
Accountable for service standards and performance manage delivery to ensure quality and a positive stakeholder experience.
Ensure that systems and processes enable effective delivery and quality of service, leading and embedding change as required.
Ensuring effective audit and control frameworks are embedded and effective to CAA and Home Office requirements
Use data and trends to identify key priorities and activities that drive performance. Take accountability for system data quality and ensure an auditable trail of document and actions.
Deliver continuous process improvement and the use of further system automation.
