We are partnered with our client to recruit for an Administrator to support the Logistics Manager and Project Teams with administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities for the Administrator:


  • Produce sales quotes of Licenses & Hardware maintenance against the customers estates.
  • Liaise with customers to confirm order placement.
  • Updating and maintaining records for customers licences and hardware cover.
  • Working alongside account managers and renewals team for processing of customer contract renewals.
  • Assist the project team with scheduling requests for engineer and resource distribution.
  • Be present during client calls for coordination of project installs and keeping records updated.

Skills and experience required for the Administrator:

  • Strong and experienced administrator able to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibility
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and confidence in speaking with customers
