We're looking for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing Customer experience team.
At TransUnion we're happy to talk flexible working, both in terms of location and hours.
The role is fully remote but we can operate a hybrid model allowing you to explore the balance of work from home or from our office in Leeds.
Day to Day You'll Be:
- Provide professional and courteous customer service and expert assistance
- Prepare letters, initiate telephone communications and acts as a liaison to creditor, law enforcement and government agencies
- Answering calls from customers
- Flexible shift availability
- Day/Night shift
Essential Skills & Experience:
- One year experience in call centre/customer service environment
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills good listener
- Keen attention to detail
- Team player; collaborative work style is vital as is in keeping with company wide ethos.
- Selfmotivated; able to work with little supervision
