Learning Support Assistant

Salary:
£76-£80 per day

Hours:8.30 AM PM

Location:
Knaphill

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students? An exciting opportunity is available for a Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide essential support within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the educational and social development of students.
Work closely with teachers to support classroom activities and learning strategies.
Provide onetoone assistance for students who require additional help.
Help maintain a positive learning environment by encouraging student participation.
Aid in the development and implementation of individual education plans.
Support students with special needs or disabilities to ensure their full inclusion in the classroom.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an educational or support role is advantageous but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, understanding, and the ability to motivate and encourage students.
A passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals.
