As a business administration apprentice within the Governance Team, you will develop your administration skills through a combination of on-the-job experience, and training, at no cost to you, whilst earning a salary.

You will have a willingness to embrace the role and learn with a genuine enthusiasm for a career in Governance.

As a member of the Governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that we can achieve our purpose and continue to deliver high quality services to our customers through the maintenance and development of good governance protocols and practices.

The governance team is required to be organised and meticulous and you will be provided the training to achieve this throughout the apprenticeship.

The role will require you to support the Governance Team by providing administration support for all governance-related matters.

Working a varied role, you will provide administration and facilitation support to colleagues in the Governance team and across the organisation.

Alongside this you will also undertake a qualification relevant to your role such as a business administration level 2/3 BTEC Diploma.

In addition to supporting you with your day to day workload and development opportunities - the Learning and Development Team will work with you to ensure you are meeting expectations and offer additional development outside of the apprenticeship e.g.

Customer Service Skills and Understanding.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly and motivated and is able to demonstrate a 'Customers at the Heart' approach.

You will also need a minimum of four GCSEs Grades A-C including Maths and English or equivalent and the ability to effectively use Microsoft and/or Google Software Packages.

This is a 2 year apprenticeship.
