ABOUT THE ROLE

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

  • Making sure any changes in legislation of Framework requirements are understood and cascaded to the team
  • Work closely with the Team Managers to understand the business needs and identify key areas of focus, such as specific regions, grades/bands or specialisms and ensure pipeline is aligned to requirements
  • Track and monitor KPI's
  • Motivate the team and encourage the best results
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, integrity, and innovation
  • Hold regular onetoones with the team and identify any opportunities to develop, coach and train individuals
  • Support performance, understand any career aspirations, aid succession planning, and identify individual training needs
  • Hold regular team meetings to ensure the team are updated on team, departmental and companywide matters
  • Liaise with other managers to discuss company performance, and to share and ensure best practice
  • Continual review to identify areas of improvement, successfully manage change
  • Support any audits as required
  • Being involved with annual plans and target setting
  • Responsibility for submitting monthly commissions and involved with any bonus structure reviews
  • Accountable for weekly and monthly reporting packs to be discussed at senior level

ABOUT YOU
