ABOUT THE ROLE

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

Making sure any changes in legislation of Framework requirements are understood and cascaded to the team
Work closely with the Team Managers to understand the business needs and identify key areas of focus, such as specific regions, grades/bands or specialisms and ensure pipeline is aligned to requirements
Track and monitor KPI's
Motivate the team and encourage the best results
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, integrity, and innovation
Hold regular onetoones with the team and identify any opportunities to develop, coach and train individuals
Support performance, understand any career aspirations, aid succession planning, and identify individual training needs
Hold regular team meetings to ensure the team are updated on team, departmental and companywide matters
Liaise with other managers to discuss company performance, and to share and ensure best practice
Continual review to identify areas of improvement, successfully manage change
Support any audits as required
Being involved with annual plans and target setting
Responsibility for submitting monthly commissions and involved with any bonus structure reviews
Accountable for weekly and monthly reporting packs to be discussed at senior level
