Netbox Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with our established client in Gillingham to recruit a Customer Account Handler who will be required to nurture and maintain current accounts to ensure stakeholders continue to renew their contracts with our clients.

This position as a Customer Account Holder is a rare opportunity to join an organisation who are undergoing an exciting growth period and you will be a vital part of that growth with maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients.

Do you have what it takes to be a part of their Customer account holders team?

The role of this Customer Account Holder includes:

Ensure you are maintaining attention to detail when adding notes to clients accounts
Sending out risk assessments to clients along with method assessments for clients to carry out works
Checking in with clients to ensure they are fully satisfied and if they are needing any support
Arrange call outs and book engineers to complete maintenance and servicing
Organise paperwork for engineers to ensure they are fully up to date with the issue for the client when delegated them for their maintenance slot
Ensure clients are renewing their contracts by getting in touch briefly to discuss any changes
Solve any complaints which may come in within a timely manner
