The job roles responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining office supplies and stationary levels
- Record Office Activities via spreadsheet
- Assist office to provide response to maintenance issues via Inspections
- Liaise with Landlords, Tenants and contractors to provide solution to property issues at check in/ check out and through tenancy
- Conduct inventories and inspection of properties to ensure compliance of HHSRS
- Register Utilities and Council Tax for new tenants
- Ensure all property files and digital systems are up to date and compliant
- General admin office duties and answering the phone
- Welcome and greet visitors and answer their queries
- Receive and handle rent payments in preferred method of payment
- Constantly monitor all system data of properties/tenants and ensure accuracy
- Ensure effective management of the branches portfolio in companies best interest
Saturdays one on one off)
Job Types:

Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary:
£19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
