We're collaborating with a prominent brand in the Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) market that is looking for a Service Desk Manager with knowledge of managing teams.

The Role
The Service Desk Manager role is an important operational leadership role within Service Management structure. You will be responsible for providing Service Desk support for the to a well-known reputable client.

As a Service Desk Manager, you have a seat at the table with the client's Technology and Software Solutions Management team and play a key role in shaping the service as we continue to grow.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Lead, manage and mentor the Service Centre team within Operations
Manage a cohort of service desk analysts to deliver high standards of customer care
Goal setting, skill enhancement and coordination of performance review activities for Service Centre employees
Mentorship

Essential Skills

Previous experience in Service Centre Management
Great excel skills and ability to pull out meaningful data from numerous locations to create quality reports and presentations.
ITIL Qualified Preferred
Experienced in dealing with Senior Leaders and Customer Stakeholders
People Management/ leadership Experience and team working
