LHH are currently supporting a global blue-chip organisation with the recruitment of a Reconciliations Manager on a permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and lead a new reconciliations team of 5 people while providing a best-in-classservice to stakeholders globally.
The reconciliations team are responsible for:
- Allocation of cash transactions for the corporate bank accounts across several entities
- Investigate unallocated cash with the Payables, Receivables, and wider Finance teams
- Produce balance sheet reconciliations for a variety of accounts
Key skills / experience required:
- Background of working in a finance operations team (AP, AR, Reconciliations)
- Proven team management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have a continuous improvement mindset
The role is based close to Horsham and is being recruited on a hybrid basis with a salary of up to £55k plus excellent benefits.
