LHH are currently supporting a global blue-chip organisation with the recruitment of a Reconciliations Manager on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and lead a new reconciliations team of 5 people while providing a best-in-classservice to stakeholders globally.


The reconciliations team are responsible for:

  • Allocation of cash transactions for the corporate bank accounts across several entities
  • Investigate unallocated cash with the Payables, Receivables, and wider Finance teams
  • Produce balance sheet reconciliations for a variety of accounts

Key skills / experience required:

  • Background of working in a finance operations team (AP, AR, Reconciliations)
  • Proven team management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset


The role is based close to Horsham and is being recruited on a hybrid basis with a salary of up to £55k plus excellent benefits.
