Job description:


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring, supporting and providing resilience, if needed, with the subsequent inputting of these courses to DVSA's recording and Evidencing System (R&E).
  • Work with colleagues in the branch to ensure the effective ongoing delivery of statutory schemes.

Person specification:


About you
You will have experience of managing and assuring performance, standards and outcomes.

Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail is essential to role.

You will also need to have good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.


Additional Information

  • This role can be based in _Swansea_, _Nottingham_, _Bristol_, or _Newcastle_ or Milton Keynes _your presence at one of these locations will form part of the working arrangements agreed with you. We operate a hybrid working model giving you greater flexibility about where and when you work. Our _
    _expectation__ is that you will spend a minimum _
    _60% of your time at your base location. __Visits to other DVSA sites or work locations count towards this. _
