Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Prevent Engagement Officer based in the Enfield area.


The successful post holder will investigate and resolve complaints, organise repairs, be generally be a point of contact for repairs.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for investigating and resolving complaints and members enquiries and writing responses.
  • Overseeing the management of the repairs inbox including queries from colleagues across Council Housing and the point of contact for repairs they identify whilst across the borough.
  • You will be part of newly created Housing Resolution Team within the Housing and Regeneration department.

Personal Requirements:


  • At least 1 year's experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in investigating and resolving complaints is desirable.
  • 3 year's work references.

WORKING HOURS AND RATE:


  • Mon
  • Fri, 09:0017:30
  • Rate: £15.30 p/h Umbrella

Salary:
£15.30 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
