About The Role:

Do you have experience in a customer facing Security position? If so you may be interested in our Security Supervisor role.

Your main purpose will be to ensure the safety and security of people and property within our prestigious Stadium.

As the main point of contact for security incidents during events and race meetings, you will play a critical role in protecting our colleagues, customers, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the Security team.
Assist in planning and managing security operations for specific events in partnership with the Safety & Compliance Manager.
Provide clear direction to Security staff, ensuring they are properly equipped, dressed in appropriate uniform, and possess ID.
Maintain a secure environment.
Establish and enforce policies and procedures.
Report issues to the Stadium Safety & Compliance Officer
Respond to and investigate accidents and emergencies.
Take appropriate remedial action for accidents and incidents as needed.
Report security breaches to the Safety & Compliance Officer and provide proposals for changes for the better.

Qualifications and Requirements:

SIA Certification is essential.
First Aid Certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Security role.
Experience working in a sports/spectator event environment is required.
Expertise in sports safety and stewarding practices.
Knowledge of current legislation related to drinks and gambling regulations.
Experience in training, communication, and stakeholder management.
Ability to make decisive decisions and handle multiple issues while maintaining focus on ensuring the safety of spectators, visitors, and colleagues.
