We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful and progressive company their established Customer Service team at their Wrexham site.

As Customer Service Representative, you will account manage a portfolio of global clients with all of their needs.

Responsibilities and duties of the Customer Service Representative with involve: - Coordinating actions/queries between the customer, production functions and supply chain departments whilst updating the client.

Analysis of customer inventory to determine demand requirements for manufacturing sites.
Processing orders using ERP system, quoting and negotiating product price and managing contract terms and renewals.
Liaison with planning, purchasing and scheduling to establish lead times and ship dates.
Identify areas of improvement and make decisive decisions to drive the business forward.

The Successful Customer Service Representative must have the following skills and experiences:

Must be able to communicate fluently both spoken and written in French.
Working knowledge of ERP systems.
Team player with excellent diplomacy skills and ability to prioritise and manage expectations
A problem solver with a track record of working in customer services.

The Package:
Up to £30,000 depending on experience
