Senior Planning Consultant

Hertfordshire / Hemel Hempstead

£35,000 - £45,000pa + benefits + bonus
My client is an independent multi-disciplinary practice of Chartered Planners, Surveyors, Consultants and Property Managers who are experiencing a period of rapid growth, and therefore are looking to expand their existing team with the addition of a talentedSenior Town Planner


You will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering against own fee earning target and supporting the whole team to out-perform all KPIs.

You will drive business development, seeking new profitable opportunities with existing or new clients.

You will be an engaged and effective team player, taking an active part in the Planning Division and the broader AR team.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proven track record in client liaison
  • Commercial awareness and ability to undertake tasks on time and deliver sustained fee income
  • Member of the RTPI (ideal)
