Salary:
£20,823 - £21,189 FTE (£7,293 - £7,422 pro rata)
We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and talented Learning Assistant to join us at Dogsthorpe Academy on a temporary, part time basis until 19th July 2023 term time basis.
The role:
The ideal Learning Assistant will reinforce the excellent work of the teaching staff by supporting individuals or small groups both within and outside of the classroom environment.
You will be a professional role model to the pupils, with the confidence to challenge and the creativity to motivate.
To be successful you must have:
- excellent communication skills
- experience of working with young people or children (SEND experience would be advantageous)
- first rate team working skills
- a professional approach and high personal standards
