G Decor is looking to continue to build its fast-paced and innovative, ambition e-commerce team to continue and drive our continued online success.

We are looking for someone with a passion for eCommerce who wants to help drive our business forward using creative techniques whilst utilising data to make informed decisions.

You will have a large focus on driving our team to success, help our customers and help sale through our own websites, Amazon, eBay, ETSY and Notonthehighstreet

Have experience in working successfully in collaboration and working with others
Listings new products or correct the existing on marketplaces like eBay, Amazon and others.
Be an effective role model demonstrating high levels of performance & professionalism with a continued focus on personal development
Have a proven ability to inspire a diverse group & to performance manage individuals & teams to get the best from them
Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, influence, provide leadership & present information & ideas at all levels both internally & externally when required
Ability to analyse data to support informed decision making & problem resolution
Be able to organise & balance own workload with often conflicting priorities. Be able to demonstrate high levels of resilience.
Be adaptable & flexible
Have a high level of numeracy & IT literacy.

Tasks Will Include:

Allocating and following tasks with your warehouse team
Looking for New Ideas and Ways to improve efficiency in warehouse and customer services and inventory
Listing new products on market places and improve existing listings
Maintaining the current workflow in order.
Open the premises
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in ecommerce in a professional environment

- eBay, Shopify, Amazon & ETSY experience is desirable

Strong copywriting skills, confident and fluent in English with strong grammar skills
Forwardthinking and the ability to embrace and drive change
Used to working in an environment with a high level of product lines
Independent and autonomous worker
Flexibility with a handson approach and quick to react to the everchanging work around you
Strong commercial awareness and desire to succeed
You will be working directly with the Manager
