Who are we looking for?


As the Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall management and scheduling of client rotas, and will participate in the on-call rota.

With outstanding planning and organisational skills, you will ensure care resources are used efficiently, using excellent communication skills throughout all call planning and delivery.

You will have a positive attitude and lots of energy, using innovation in your problem-solving.

Your main responsibilities will include:


  • The overall scheduling and management of client rotas
  • Regular communication with carers and clients
  • Deliver high quality care and support to clients
  • Participate in the oncall rota
  • Assist in the completion of audits and subsequent action plans to improve business processes
  • Support the Registered Manager
  • Seize opportunities to assist in other areas of the business that match your skillset, such as completing assessments or representing the company at external events
Please note, although our office hours are 8:30-4:30, there will be an expectation to work flexible hours.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • A relevant qualification, for example an NVQ at level 2, such as Health & Social care (adults).
  • At least 1 year experience as a Care Coordinator.
  • Experience with Access People Planner and Access Care Planning or Birdie would be desirable.
  • Extensive experience in domiciliary care.

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
