STEM Recruitment Solutions have an excellent opportunity for a HSE Specialist to join their client working in the manufacturing sector.

The job will be responsible for the management and control of major accidents, hazards and risks to the site and in addition site compliance and legislative requirements.

There are a number of other additional responsibilities that will include and not be limited to:

  • Participation and tracking of hazard reviews and project safety risk assessments
  • Updating sections of the COMAH safety report
  • Monitoring of improvement actions arising
  • Providing expertise on PSM risk assessments: HAZOP, LOPA, MOC, ATEX/DSEAR and OBRA
  • Carrying out basic consequence analysis
  • Driving risk assessments at the required frequency
  • Providing technical support for incident investigations
  • Hazardous Area classification calculations and drawings
  • Reviewing and development of process safety relevant procedures
  • Input into site emergency response arrangements

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
