About Our Client:

Based in Altrincham, Manchester this client is now looking for a Customer Service Scheduler to maintain relationships with clients, follow orders from start to finish and make sure the whole process in running smoothly


The responsibilities of the Customer Service Scheduler will include but not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
  • To work closely with the team and B2B clients to provide strong coordination skills
  • To gain an understanding of the planning schedules to ensure all needs are met

The Successful Applicant:


  • Strong Customer Coordination experience
  • Confident maintaining relationships
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills

  • Salary on offer is £23,000 with an increase once trained and performing
  • Approx 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
