We have a really exciting opportunity for passionate, customer focused individual to join Sheffield station as a Business Support Officer.
The post holder should be passionate about providing an excellent first impression followed by a professional follow up service.

This role is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to become an integral part of a small and busy team.

This role will be required to provide business support to Sheffield Station and will include duties, including:

Keeping accurate records of all purchasing transaction made across the Route
Sourcing items from suppliers and obtaining costings
Raising purchase orders
Raising AMEX purchasing card orders and managing online payments
Minute Taking & KPI Reporting, Filing
Taxi permit renewals
Monitoring sickness
Room Bookings
Uniform Ordering
Timesheets

What we're looking for from you:

Well organised individual
Confident at dealing with people at all levels
Sound office / administration experience
Excellent communicator
Strong IT skills in all Microsoft Office Packages
