Customer Service Administrator
Are you looking for a new job to start the new year? Great A very exciting new position for a Customer Service Administrator has risen in Andover.
Salary:
£24k + end of year bonus
Hours: 8:30-17:00pm Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Supporting the administrative functions of the Sales, Service and Training departments
- Assist and advise customers, distributors, and the sales team
- Process orders from quotation to order entry and invoicing, management of returns and process of credits
- Update leads and opportunities using CRM system
- Excellent organisational and computer skills
- Great communicator
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- Experience of Microsoft office suite
- Experience of SAP and/or CRM systems
