We are looking to recruit a Data Insight Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role


As a Data Insight Assistant, you will develop and implement effective analysis activity to improve operational processes and increase customer engagement with Innovate UK EDGE.


Using CRM and data analytics tools and techniques, you will work with team managers and the wider innovation team to help optimise performance and ensure CRM integrity.


You will also work closely with the Marketing and Communications Team to implement direct marketing initiatives and deliver key programme targets.


Additionally, you will:


  • Conduct CRM data entry, extraction, analysis and reports
  • Develop visual reports on business intelligence and customer profiling
  • Manage data requirements for emarketing campaigns
  • Update the client facing information hub
About You


To be considered as a Data Insight Assistant, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of analysis of data to identify key insights and trends
  • Knowledge of using data insights for customer segmentation
  • An understanding of SQL and CRM Reporting Tools
  • Proficiency in IT, including advanced Excel skills
  • A degree or equivalent qualification or experience in data analysis or related discipline
