We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Business SystemsAdministrator to support our Technology team, based at our office in IxworthPlace, London.

We operate a hybrid working model: three or more days from theoffice, the remainder of the week from home.

Reporting directly to the IT Operations Manager, theBusiness Systems Administrator is responsible for efficient and effective ITand tech support provision to OKA colleagues via management and triaging ofService Desk tickets.

The Business Systems Admin will be the first point ofcontact for users on a broad range of tech queries and issues, across a varietyof systems used throughout the OKA business.

Working closely with other Techteams, the Business Systems Admin will escalate issues to the appropriateresolver teams, ensuring tickets are resolved in a timely fashion.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • First point of contact forincidents and requests relating to OKA systems
  • Daily system andintegration checks
  • Triage and prioritisationof all tickets submitted to Service Desk
  • Resolution of ticketswhere possible
  • Escalation of tickets towider internal Tech teams and 3rd party suppliers
  • Documentation of bestpractice and fixes via How to Guides for sharing with Tech team and widerbusiness
  • Monitoringresponses from end users and encouraging best practises

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experienceworking within an IT or Tech department, ideally within a retail environment
  • NetSuite experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Experience withintegration platforms preferred
  • Experience withecommerce platforms preferred
  • Excellent customerservice skills
  • Knowledge of ITILframeworks
  • Strong written andverbal communication skills
  • Facilitatescollaborative, crossfunctional working relationships to achieve business goals
  • Proactive in identifyingopportunities for improvement and implementing these initiatives
  • A creative,problemsolving spirit
  • Passion for the OKAbrand
