Job Title:
BALL PICKER/GREENS STAFF

Reporting to:
Manager and Company Director

Job overview:
Responsible for the maintenance, care and overall appearance of adventure golf course and driving range. Maintain a good playing surface and ensure the course offers a consistent challenge and an enjoyable experience to golfers.

Mowing fairways, greens, tees, rough, general maintenance & upkeep, range ball picking, tidying of the golf range, day to day upkeep, and grounds/ gardening works around the clubhouse.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Range ball picking
Overall maintenance of adventure golf course, driving range and grounds.

Job Requirements/Skills:

Early morning, Afternoon and weekend shifts are required and necessary due to being our busiest times.
Flexibility with working hours to get the job done
Reliable and able to adapt to situations
Experience in Green keeping or similar environment
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge and experience using machinery
Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
