  • This is an exciting opportunity within Outpatient Services, Ambulatory Care Division based at our new Building Leengate covering the reception for Outpatients, Therapies, Rehabilitation and Orthotics. The Clinic Receptionists core working hours are Monday to Friday between 8am6pm, with the occasional evening clinics which may require you to finish later. You will have excellent customer service skills and be committed to providing a first class service to all our patients
  • You must be educated to GCSE standard, possess excellent communication skills and be competent in the use of computers systems including Microsoft packages and Medway PAS.
  • The shifts will be on a Rota basis depending on the department needs.

Working as part of the Outpatient team you will be responsible for greeting patients at reception, checking and updating personal details while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Using Careflow PAS and other relevant booking systems you will arrange follow-up appointments and update details accurately and efficiently. You'll have excellent communication skills and will deal appropriately with enquires both by telephone and in person.

The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
