Do you have experience working in Social Housing along with the drive to further your career in a rewarding new position? If so, this could be the position for you


Here at Howells Contracts, we are working with a leading Social housing contractor who are looking for someone with sufficient plumbing knowledge to join their team in the Westminster area, to work on occupied properties on repairs & maintenance.

They would a;so like their ideal canddiate to have roofing experience.


Working within the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/maintenance in social housing properties.

Your duties will include various repairs in properties.


You will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business; that believes the people's strengths, skills and personalities are the key to the company's success.


This is a full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour working week. You will receive a competitive Salary of £35,000 - £37,000 + work-based incentives, holidays and pension contributions. Company van and fuel card supplied.
