Full Job Description
Now Education is an education recruitment agency dedicated to connecting schools with exceptional professionals. We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Education Recruitment Resourcer to join East Midlands team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, selecting, and placing talented Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants in schools throughout Nottingham & Derbyshire.


You will be working closely with one of the SEND consultants on a daily basis to help the continuous growth of her SEND desk with the end goal that you will eventually take on some of the schools on the desk as your own giving you the opportunity to be promoted to Account Manager which in turn with give you 100% commission on those schools.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain relationships with Universities and Colleges to establish connections with education professionals seeking their first teaching roles.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Consultants to understand school requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements:


  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills to establish connections with universities, colleges, and education professionals.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented with strong time management skills.
  • Enthusiasm for the education sector and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students and schools.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Benefits:


  • Commission starts at 15% and capped at 20%

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (7:30am 5pm)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Experience working in Recruitment (preferred)
  • Experience working in a SEND setting or knowledge of SEND (preferred)
