TransUnion is a major credit reference agency, and we offer specialist services in fraud, identity and risk management, automated decisioning and demographics.
What You'll Bring:
We are looking for an experienced Identity and Fraud Specialist Sales (formerly known as Pre Sales) Person to join our growing UK Team to support and enable the sale of TransUnion's identity verification and fraud prevention solutions.
The role carries a personal sales target.
Day to Day You will Be Responsible for:
- New Business: Responsible for helping to drive and enable new business growth through close daily collaboration with UK Sales
- Banking Sector. Delivering against a personal commission-based sales target and defined objectives, which feed into and align with the wider Fraud & TransUnion new business targets.
- Customer Engagement: Engaging with our customers to understand their needs, identify their pain points, and determine how TransUnion's ID and Fraud solutions can address their specific requirements. You will provide personalised solution recommendations, highlighting the unique advantages of our offerings.
- Sales Enablement: Creation of written content for tender responses and proposal submissions. Creation of PowerPoint content for use when pitching and presenting to clients. Working with UK Sales to create compelling commercials propositions and proposals.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience within technical sales / account management / sales / presales.
- Persuasive communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships with customers, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and effectively conveying information.
- Knowledge/Expertise/Experience supporting/selling Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention
- Ability to collaborate with partners and crossfunctional teams to develop business opportunities.
- The ability to think strategically and develop sales strategies to target specific markets, industries, or customer segments is crucial for specialists.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience and understanding of the UK Banking Sector. Demonstrating engagement with senior stakeholders within Banking.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
