Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
You will play a vital role in building and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Up sell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and improve processes to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Salary:
From £24,571.55 per year
