Senior Business Development Manager

London based with full UK market coverage

c£60k basic plus high OTE

The role:

As an expert salesperson, achieve the sales goals for the Crime Insurance product via broker sales, direct sales and development of leads coming from other areas within the business such as Credit Insurance and Surety & Guarantee.

Follow up of new evolutionsin the market of Crime Insurance (Commercial crime, financial crime, employee dishonesty). Make proposals for product innovation to follow the market in different segments

What you will do:

Achieve targets for the Crime Insurance (Fidelity/ Fraud Insurance) portfolio growth with respect of quality and risk awareness of the business
Receive and develop leads coming from non specialised brokers and DSF
Prospection and direct sales to all customer segments
Raise interest for the new product within our sales organisation to develop cross selling and meet the targets defined
These targets are achieved with respect of Global Fidelity Rules and Local Authorities

Global Follow Up, coordination and support of the different sales channels

Provide training to colleagues and brokers
Deliver presentation at events
Give input to marketing for content generation
Sales Reporting
Close collaboration with other functions (claims, PA)

Basic Salary upto £60K

Commission uncapped - £30K Year 1 achievable
