The Supply Room is currently looking for Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team in Southampton, Hampshire, working with students aged 4-11 or 11-16 years.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will have the responsibility of working in a classroom environment, providing one-on-one support to students, assisting with classroom activities, and helping to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Whether you are supporting a struggling student in their reading skills, assisting a group project in Maths, or fostering creativity in the classroom, your dedication and commitment will play a crucial role in helping students of all abilities reach their full potential.

The Supply Room offers a competitive pay rate of £90 - £95 per day and provides fixed-term, full-time contracts with the potential to transition into a permanent member of staff within local primary, secondary, or specialist schools in Southampton, Eastleigh, or Winchester.

You will need full-time availability to be considered for this role from Monday to Friday (8.30am - 3.30pm). Previous experience working or volunteering with children is highly desirable
