Description

Henley Morgan are working with a leading SAP Business One Gold Partner who are looking for an experienced Support Consultant to join their team of experts.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to SAP B1 customers and resolve tickets
Escalate issues to the relevant teams
Report writing and data migration
Compliance of SAP Business One customer service level

Experience:

SAP Business One experience
BEAS experience is desirable
SQL and Crystal Reports experience
BEAS experience is desirable

Proficient IT skills

Excel, PowerPoint, Word and more
Multitasking, time management & organisational skills

Salary:

The salary is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Location:

This is a fully home-based role with limited requirement to travel to the office.
