Description
Tearfund are looking for a UX Team Leader to join our Digital and Content Team.

This is a new role where you will combine excellent leadership with creative design skills, working to inspire supporters and equip global development partners for one of the UK's leading Christian relief and development agencies.

They will also be a skilled and creative designer who loves getting hands-on with design work.

You'll join agile teams to deliver concepts and ideas that continually improve the digital services and products we offer, enabling an effective response to Tearfund's vision and mission.


What skills and experience you will need to apply:

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Confident line management capabilities, with the ability to build a cohesive, supportive and highly motivated team
  • A passion for usercentred and datainformed accessible design, with experience of facilitating user journey mapping, prioritisation, and codesign workshops
  • Strong, evidenced experience of creating UX deliverables (static wireframes, interactive prototypes, style guides) and highquality designs for multiple digital channels
This role is eligible for hybrid working.

You will mostly work from home and will be required to do an average of 1-3 days per month in the Teddington office in agreement with your line manager.
